So far, life has been fairly good to me, but of course not without its problems like everyone else.
There is so much available to us to see, to do, to learn, and to experience. And not enough time! I am trying to accomplish as much as life will allow me to while I am here. And what do I like to do?
Of course, I travel quite a lot, mostly in the U.S.A., Canada, and Western or Eastern Europe. During these trips I am able to explore the cities and countryside, get to know some of the local people, and try to see and experience what life is like for them in their country. It certainly can be different! But most of us want about the same thing; a good life and lots of love from our family and friends.
So what do I like to do? It depends on where I am and who I am with, but I always like learning something new through a class or from friends. Learning to cook the foods from Italy, France, Japan, or China was quite enjoyable. Studying photography, then doing it takes a fair amount of my time, reading books, listening to music, going to concerts, opera, or cinema is enjoyable. Trying to play the classical guitar or piano is fun. I have studied woodworking and like to make something, mostly Shaker style furniture. Trying to learn foreign languages has taken a lot of time, for I have studied Spanish, French, Italian, German, Norwegian, and now I am trying to learn the Russian language, but it is difficult.
Being with my friends and family when possible is important also, and I always want them to know I like and care about them. And all of this is only the start.

What's New?
I'm back in the USA, having come across on the QEII again from England. Not a bad trip, but lots of real old people on board so not much happening.
After arriving I visited friends in Philadelphia, Miami, Orlando, and Tennessee before driving to Bartlesville, Oklahoma where I am now on June 23, 2003.
Next week I will drive to San Diego, California to see friends and family.
This site is being set up and maintained to let friends, family, and future friends know what I am doing, where I am, who I have met, and what I have found that would be enjoyable, what new experiences I am having, and just about anything else about what is going on in my life. Since I travel so much, it is difficult to write to everyone so this is a quick way to see what is the latest with me.
I will keep this updated as often as possible, especially when something new happens.
